Altitude Physical Therapy & Fitness P.C. is a young company derived from two partners, Chelle Cole and Tarah Sparkman, who are both long time residents of the mountain communities, Doctors of Physical Therapy, Certified Personal Trainers, and Certified Yoga Instructors. The mission of Altitude Physical Therapy & Fitness is to provide the highest quality of evidence-based physical therapy and fitness across the lifespan to the Lake Arrowhead Mountain Communities. Altitude Physical Therapy & Fitness is a harbor for health & wellness services offering daily varying levels/styles of yoga classes, personal training, massage therapy, and one-on-one physical therapy by highly qualified Professionals.

Michelle "Chelle" Cole, PT, DPT has been practicing physical therapy in California since 2012. She graduated with honors from California State University of San Bernardino in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She then graduated with honors from Loma Linda University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2012. Chelle has studied for 6 months in the Retrain the Brain (manual technique) Course. Chelle has attended 3 APTA Combined Sections Meetings in 2013, 2014, and 2016; she has been a member of the APTA since 2009. Chelle became a Certified Clinical Instructor in 2014. Chelle enjoys working with the spine. She has conducted published human research for physical therapy at Loma Linda Research Center from 2016-2019. Chelle became a certified yoga instructor in Iyengar Yoga in April 2019.
Tarah Sparkman, PT, DPT has been practicing physical therapy since 2017, she has been a renown certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor since 2005, and a personal trainer in the mountain community since 2003. Tarah graduated with honors in 2011 from California State University of San Bernardino with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology, (Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy). She then graduated with honors in 2017 from Loma Linda University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. With such experience and background in human movement, Tarah excels in healthy human movement, with a therapeutic touch. As an athlete, she can relate to sports performance and related rehabilitation. She has experience working with children of all ages and impairments and became a paneled California Children’s Services (CCS) provider in April 2019. Tarah conducted published human research for physical therapy at Loma Linda Research Center in 2016-2019. In addition, she assisted with the conduction of published research studies involving human performance, at CSUSB research center in 2010-2011. Tarah attained her Clinical Instructor certification in January 2019. She attended the APTA Combined Sections Meeting in 2016 and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association Professional Organization since 2015.
