Assisted Stretching

You can expect to be checked with a general mobility assessment and notes will be taken of specific joint tightness or mobility limitations. You will then be assisted in gaining some long-lost movement.  

You will love the feel of assisted stretching and you'll likely, as most do, find that it is as helpful and pleasant as getting a massage. Unlike other places that provide assisted stretching, we provide an actual licensed OT that has 43 years of experience and training. Don't leave the mountain for this service, let us stretch you!
